We hope that that you enjoy the sweets that you have purchased. If there is a problem with any un-opened product, please return them within 14 days of receipt to the following address:

Please send your contact details and the reason for the returned product. Postage costs for the returned goods are the responsibility of the customer, unless an error has been made by ourselves.
If you have an item that has been opened that you wish to return, unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, we will be unable to accept this due to the risk of contamination amongst many other factors.
We can however send any relevant batch codes and best before dates to the manufacturer and ask them to perform a taste test through their retained sample of the batch relating to the query. Please ensure that you let us know of all issues that are applicable to the product along with photographic evidence should this be relevant.
If the item is found by the manufacturer to not be to recipe and below their standards, we will be able to issue a refund to you once the investigation has been concluded. If the item is found by the manufacturers quality control department to be to recipe and as expected, we will not be able to process a refund on the goods.
If you decide to cancel your order and notify us before we have despatched your items, we will refund your payment and cancel the order, this applies to orders under £25 only. If we receive a cancellation request after your item has been despatched then you will need to follow the refund process mentioned above.
Please note that all returns must be unopened and in a perfect re-saleable condition. We inspect all returns and no refund will be made for goods that do not meet this condition. Once goods have been returned, we are legally obliged to refund you within 30 days, however we normally process all refunds within a maximum of seven working days. We will process a full refund minus any original delivery charges.
